It is the client’s duty to provide meaningful, constructive, timely, and accurate feedback in order to enable us to provide satisfactory results. As long as you are on board, together with your patience and productive collaboration, we are ready to ensure your satisfaction.
Please keep in mind that nobody forces you and R.S. Chandler to enter this agreement. Therefore it is entirely your responsibility if you change your mind, modify the project parameters and or direction, or are not satisfied (due to subjectively not liking the design work) or any variation thereof, including force majeure cases and abandonment (as per our Terms and Conditions), as long as we have provided the agreed upon services and products as per your order within the specified timeframe. Please understand that digital goods and design services are represented by time investment and experience which, by their nature, cannot be returned, therefore all payments are final and non refundable. However, under our satisfaction guarantee, shall we not reach a satisfactory resolution on your project, even with your proper feedback and good faith involvement, we can apply the total amount or balance less deposit towards another service of your choosing, including but not limited to additional design concepts or revisions. Such cases are rare as we’re both interested to have satisfactory results. By engaging in a business relationship with R.S. Chandler and by agreeing to a proposed scope of work, R.S.
